General information and our Terms & Conditions


  1. All goods are subject to availability.
  2. All descriptions of products are correct at the time of publication. We have a policy of continuous product development and reserve the right to amend the specification of products without prior notice in relation to future sales.
  3. Beds and Mattresses are sold separately. All bed prices shown do not include a mattress.
  4. Wood and leather are natural products and will vary in colour. Leather may not be uniform in colour or texture and may show natural marks and scars on the hides.
  5. Leathers and fabrics may fade with exposure to direct sunlight.


  1. Every care is taken to ensure all descriptions and measurements are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to alter without notice.
  2. Please note, on our sofa, bed and sofa bed sizing, we operate within a commercial tolerance of 2%.
  3. It is your responsibility to ensure that your order will fit into your property and that our delivery team can gain reasonable access with a delivery lorry. We reserve the right not to refund where all or part of your order cannot proceed for these reasons. It is your responsibility to advise us at the time of ordering of any non-standard delivery circumstances that may apply, such as access issues or small delivery van requirement.


  1. Our Sofas, Beds and Sofa Beds come with a 10 year frame guarantee. This excludes goods purchased from our clearance sections or ex-display items. This guarantee does not cover fair wear and tear, neglect, abuse or misuse of your goods.
  2. Guarantees are rendered invalid if any product or mechanism is tampered with prior to any fault being reported.
  3. Our guarantees do not cover goods removed from mainland UK.
  4. The above guarantees are in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights.

Cancellations / Amendments

  1. We can accept cancellation for stock items at any time up to delivery. Once stock items have been delivered, we will only accept cancellation if the goods are undamaged and notified within seven calender days. New to order items include free returns. Ex-display nad in stock items, we will not refund delivery or assembly charges and a collection charge will apply. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
  2. We regret we cannot accept cancellations on orders that are made specifically for you. This includes upholstered items and mattresses that have been made to order. Bespoke items are indicated as such on your order confirmation, all other items are indicated as stock.
  3. We cannot accept returns on mattresses due to hygene compliance.
  4. We can amend your order, including your required delivery date during the first 7 days after the order has been placed. After this time we cannot amend your required delivery date or accept cancellation of bespoke products. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
  5. Our nominated delivery partner will endeavour to deliver the purchased goods to you within 10 working days of them arriving in their warehouse. Failure for you to accept delivery of these items within 20 working days of the delivery date advised will result in our having the right to charge you storage charges at £25 per week for each large item. 
  6. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed online, instore or via telephone within 30 calender days of the order being placed.
  7. Ex-display and in stock Items displayed on our website with item price discount cannot be discounted further with any other current promotion code. Any current promotion code offers are strictly to be used for new to order products via our onine e-commerce website Any online purchases made with any additional discount promotion codes for ex-display and in stock itmes will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Returns Policy

  1. Here at Love Your Home we are happy to offer our customers a straightforward free returns policy on any item’s which you are not completely satisfied with purchased online. Provided the item is a standard product where no individual finish options have been specified, you may return or exchange the goods. Our free return policy applies also to our standard fabric sofa collection with the exception of any made to measure, special fabrics, non standard fabrics ( fabrics not shown on this site), or, customers own fabrics where no returns are possible.
  2. As part of our policy, items must be returned as new within 14 working days of delivery and with all the original packaging intact and product tags attached. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery to formally advise this. 
  3. The returns policy does not apply to goods held in storage by prior arrangement once delivered. 
  4. The cost of successfully returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit or debit card and will include any delivery costs. Please note that refunds are normally done within 10 working days but these can take up to 30 days due to our payment gateway provider refund policy.
  5. Our free returns policy on sofas, beds and sofa beds is applicable to standard products and fabrics only. Returns are not possible for bespoke orders where the product has been made to your size specification or a non standard fabric used, including customers own material (COM).
  6. Please note, in the event we are unable to complete a delivery because of access constraints to and/or in the building we reserve the right to charge for the furniture, mattress and any delivery costs in full. It is your responsibility to advise us at the time of ordering of any non-standard delivery circumstances that may apply, such as access issues or small delivery van requirement.
  7. We cannot accept any delays or compensation claims for factory delays, fabrics being out of stock, outside of our reasonable control.
  8. International orders - it is not possible to return international orders. Therefore our UK free returns policy is not applicable.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

  1. In the unlikely event that you receive your order in a faulty or damaged condition, please contact us the next working day either by email at or phone us on +44 (0)1483 410 007. This will allow us to make the necessary arrangements for collecting/repairing the damaged/faulty goods and sending you a replacement.
  2. Please note, it is important that you keep all the original packaging and carefully repackage the item with the exception of sofas, beds and sofa beds. Our courier will make the collection and upon inspection at our warehouse a refund or replacement will be sent at our expense.
