Q1.Is it safe to enter my card details when ordering at Love Your Home?
A. Yes. Our site is approved by Verisign and any sensitive financial data is encrypted so that nobody can read it, including us!
Q2.Do you have a catalogue?
A. We have an inspiration lookbook which shows most models and 'from' prices. We send our lovely little brochure out with our sample requests. All backed up by our friendly, expert advice.
Q3.How much do you charge for delivery?
A. Deliveries within the M25 are free on new orders, except trade orders. Discounted, ex-display/stock products, the delivery is charged at cost. We charge a small delivery contribution amount for all other postcodes through out the country. We are happy to organise international deliveries where required but please note, these are kerbside deliveries.
Q4.Where's my order?
A. Feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders are normally delivered within 6-8 weeks. We will always update you at the earliest possible time in the unlikely event of any delay.
Q5.I have ordered more than one item, when should I expect to receive them?
A. Your order will be dispatched when every item is available unless otherwise requested - this may incur additional delivery costs. The dispatch time will be that of the item with the longest availability. We will email you to let you know when it has left our factory.
Q6.When will you debit my account?
A. For stock purchases and for online purchases the full amount is debited at time of order. For new orders placed over the phone or in our showroom, 50% of the total value of your order is debited at time of order and the balance is charged a week prior to delivery. You will be emailed or called at this time to notify you that the balance is due.
Q7.Do you have anymore fabrics on your sofas and beds than what is shown?
A. Yes, we have a greater collection, please advise what styles and colours you require and we can send these out same day. Please note however that these are classed as bespoke and our free returns policy does not apply. Any questions on this, please do give us a call.
Q8.Is my furniture guaranteed?
A.Yes, on all 'made to order' products, our solid beech wood frames have a lifetime guarantee. Our mattresses also come with a guarantee and a warranty.
Q9.Can your Sofas and Beds be made to measure?
A.Yes, certain Sofas and Beds from our collection can be altered but please remember that our low pricing is possible by maintaining standard production processes. Bespoke requires many adjustments to patterns and closer attention to these orders so they carry an additional cost of 10%, but do please always ask and we'll always do our best to accommodate your request.
Q9.Can I supply my own fabric?
A. Yes, no problem in most cases. The only requirement being that your fabric is suitable upholstery fabric and if it is a patterned fabric please ensure that you have allowed enough surplus fabric for the pattern repeat. Plus do please remember that this will take a little longer to manufacture. Do give us a call and we are happy to go through the details with you.
Q10.How do I cancel my order?
A. Simply Email email@example.com and advise that you wish to cancel detailing your order reference number. If you have received your order and you wish to cancel and return the goods please email or call and we can arrange a suitable time for collection. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for our cancellation, returns and refunds policy. Please note, only standard orders can be cancelled.
Q11.What if I'm not in when you deliver?
A. For smaller items, our couriers will leave a card if you are not in to take the delivery. Simply call them to re arrange the delivery or, please call us on 01483 410 007 or email firstname.lastname@example.org stipulating your order number and we'll get straight on to it.
Q12.I still haven't received my order despite receiving a despatch email.
A. We have a great delivery track record but on rare occasions products can go astray, so please email email@example.com or telephone 01483 410 007 and we'll get right on to it.
