Shipping & Delivery
If an item is in stock we usually send the goods out within 14 working days from receiving your order. We use UPS for small items where possible and our own couriers for larger items.
Delivery charges will apply to specific postcodes. Charges for in stock and clearance items may differ from the below. Delivery charge for cushions is £5.
We aim to deliver our Made to Order products within 6-8 weeks. However, delivery dates acknowledged by Love Your Home are non-binding estimates only, based upon the best available information concerning manufacturer lead times and transportation schedules. Therefore orders may be shipped on the estimated date, prior to the estimated date with the buyer's approval or after the estimated date (after notification to the buyer). Estimated delivery dates will be considered as accepted by the buyer unless disagreement is notified to the Company in writing within seven days of order placement.
Special delivery conditions requested by the buyer should be given in writing at the time of order placement and will be considered by the Company and if necessary conditions and charges may change accordingly. From delivery or placement into storage all risks for the goods pass to the buyer.
We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profits or other financial loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable delay or delay due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of Love Your Home or delay due to any reasonable rescheduling of delivery.

At Love Your Home we are proud of our international client base - we ship products weekly, all over the world, including large items like sofas, plus we organise container deliveries worldwide. Please email or call with the desired product details and we can quote accordingly. Please note, it is not possible to return Internaitonal orders, therefore our UK free returns policy is not applicable.
Outside of the European Union, our UK VAT is not applicable and this is an instant saving of 20% - this saving often covers the freight charges on larger items. Please email or call us for a quotation.
