Nine hours, that's longer than most of us get to sleep for.

It's not surprising because each of our four mattresses are full of natural materials - including wool and alpaca sourced from local farmers - stitched together using traditional methods and hand-teased in layers for a fluffy, dreamy filling.

Meanwhile, back in the barn, we've spent a few days and nights deciding on the simple, select range of mattresses we'll offer.

One for occasional guests. A well-priced one for every night use. The one with a bit of extra finery. And one that Earth herself would approve of.
