Delivery & Returns
For all of us with romance in our soul, having new furniture delivered is a happy moment. It's always the herald of change, right? The couple's celebratory embrace. The dogs barking madly. The eager children jumping. Like you, we like to make a thing of it.
We have an in-house delivery team. Professionals employed by us to just bring you your new pieces. They're trained in the art of the pivot. White-glove service as standard.
Because everything we create is handcrafted, most of your orders will arrive in eight to ten weeks. Sometimes it depends on fabric and season. Our website always has the latest timings. If your item is 'available now' we'll send your chosen pieces out within 14 working days.
All you really have to do is think about property access. Any questions you may have can probably be answered by our Quick Fit guide, or we'll happily arrange an access check for peace of mind.
Delivery Charges
We deliver large pieces to all mainland UK addresses for the same flat fee of £90.
Our experienced in-house team will carry your pieces to your room of choice, assemble and take all the packaging away with us. To minimise our carbon footprint we deliver all your pieces together when the item on the longest lead time is ready.
We deliver small things - ordered on their own, like cushions, via UPS for £5. You'll get a handy tracking link straight to your inbox!
If you have special delivery instructions for us, like living on a red route, past a weak or low bridge or up lots of stairs please pop these in email to us at point of order. We'll take them into consideration when booking your delivery.
Trade (B2B) and Special Project Deliveries
If you're a trade client or have a special or particularly large project with specific delivery requirements please reach out to us via email or phone for a tailored delivery quote.
Shipping overseas
If you'd like to enjoy your Love Your Home pieces overseas we can assist in making this happen. This includes Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and all the Scottish Islands, where we regularly support clients with their deliveries.
Simply email us at [email protected] and we'll provide all the weights, dimensions, number of boxes/packages and HS codes needed to assist you in obtaining a quote. We'll deliver for our flat fee of £90 to any shipper, port or onward courier of your choice within the mainland UK.
Once your items are successfully delivered outside of the UK you may be eligible to claim back UK VAT. Please issue us the proof of export documents and we'll be happy to process the VAT refund.
Returns
Our made to order pieces* have a 14-day returns policy. Should you change your mind we'll be happy to collect your sofa for an exchange or full refund (excluding original delivery charge) when notified within the 14 day period.
Our collection fee for large items, like sofas, armchairs, beds and mattresses, is £90 and your pieces will be collected again by our Trustpilot-acclaimed in-house delivery team.
*Includes all pieces sold via our website as part of our standard size and fabric offering. If you've bespoked a product, these pieces are non-returnable as per our Terms and Conditions.
Our collection fee for small items, being returned on their own, is £5, and your pieces will be collected by UPS.
