An Evening at Turner's House

Monday 15, 2026

A celebration of our latest collaboration and capsule collection

In 1807, Turner, already an acclaimed and commercially successful painter, purchased two plots of land between Twickenham and Richmond Bridge. Six years later, he completed Sandycombe Lodge on the larger plot, designing the house himself as a retreat from London and a place for inspiration and creativity.

This house became the starting point for our latest capsule collection. Inspired by the architecture, character, and history of Sandycombe Lodge, the collection comprises three pieces: the Turner sofa, the Mallord armchair and the Sandy footstool.

Bringing together friends of the brand

We were delighted to host an evening at Sandycombe Lodge itself. Members of the design community, and editors from Livingetc, Homes & Gardens and House & Garden, our guests were able to view the collection within the setting that inspired it.

The collection is now on display at Turner's House, where the pieces can be viewed in situ at the historic property. The Turner sofa, Mallord armchair, and Sandy footstool will also be available to view soon in our Wandsworth Chapel and Surrey barn showrooms.
